Olivia Vellotti is an experienced project manager and executive assistant specializing in entertainment, hospitality, and corporate development. She worked alongside Adam Kenwright during his tenure as Executive Vice President and Group Commercial Director at ATG Entertainment, contributing to major business development projects, including Harry Potter and the Cursed Child (Broadway, Germany, Tokyo). She also played a key role as Corporate Development Manager in shaping the premium hospitality and F&B experience for Cabaret at the Kit Kat Club.

Her expertise spans roles at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, Copper Beech Hospitality Consultancy, and most recently, Myndstream, where she served as Project Manager and EA to the Founder. At Myndstream, she supported its mission of creating music for health and well-being, collaborating with leading artists and practitioners.

Originally from Seattle, Washington, Olivia holds a Bachelor’s in Theatre Management from the University of Evansville.
