The Picture of Dorian Gray

Michael Cassel, Adam Kenwright and Kindred Partners are delighted to be co-producing The Picture of Dorian Gray in the West End and on Broadway, starring Emmy and Golden Globe winner Sarah Snook. In an acting coup for the ages, Snook takes on all 26 roles in this gripping, witty and vibrantly contemporary production that breathes new life into Oscar Wilde’s classic tale, which earned Snook an Olivier Award win for Best Actress.

This ground-breaking production – adapted and directed by multi-award-winning Kip Williams, – delivers an explosive interplay of live performance and video in an astonishing collision of form. Now open on Broadway and nominated for 6 Tony Awards, including Best Actress in Play for Sarah Snook and Best Direction of a Play for Kip Williams.

Jesus Christ Superstar

Experience the passion and power of Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber’s legendary rock opera like never before. Set against the backdrop of the last weeks of Jesus’ life, Jesus Christ Superstar unfolds through the eyes of Judas Iscariot. Told entirely through song, this timeless classic explores the complex relationships between Jesus, Judas, Mary Magdalene, the disciples, and the Roman Empire.

Two Strangers

When impossibly upbeat Brit Dougal lands in New York for the wedding of the father he’s never met, he’s greeted by Robin—the bride’s jaded sister, who’s late for work and less than thrilled. Thrown together for 36 hours, the unlikely pair navigate the city and their own baggage in a modern rom-com full of heart, humour, and unexpected connection.

Two Strangers (Carry A Cake Across New York), a new musical by Jim Barne and Kit Buchan, directed by Tim Jackson, premiered at the Kiln Theatre in 2023 before transferring to the West End’s Criterion Theatre. Now set for its North American debut at the acclaimed American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.), the show features a hit cast album, with breakout song “New York” going viral.

The Iron Throne

Premiering in London, 2026. The Iron Throne is a new play inspired by the world and characters created by George R.R. Martin, premiering in 2026. This highly anticipated production is being written by acclaimed playwright Duncan Macmillan (People, Places and Things) and directed by the award-winning Dominic Cooke (Follies, Hello, Dolly!). The Iron Throne will bring to life many of the beloved and iconic characters from Martin’s rich and expansive universe.

The Official Take That Musical: Greatest Days

Celebrating the 30th Anniversary of Take That’s first ever UK number 1 single Pray, this feel-good musical follows five boyband obsessed best friends in the 1990s, who reunite over 20 years later to see their heartthrobs one last time in what could be the Greatest Days of their life.

Kindred Partners was proud to tour this smash-hit production across the UK and Ireland, featuring a heartfelt book by award-winning writer Tim Firth, music by Gary Barlow, and 15 chart-topping Take That hits.

A Face in the Crowd

Down on his luck ‘Lonesome Rhodes’ happens to sing just at the right moment. When Radio Producer Marcia Jeffries hears his voice and his story, she gives him a prime slot on her show. But as Lonesome’s fans grow to huge numbers and all politicians start taking notice, Marcia realises she has unleashed a force she can no longer control.

A Kindred Partners co-production with Scott Landis, Scott and Brian Zeilinger and The Young Vic Theatre, the world premiere of Sarah Ruhl’s adaptation of A Face in the Crowd features original songs with music and lyrics by multi– Grammy Award-winner Elvis Costello. Based on an original story by Budd Schulberg and the award-winning Warner Bros Film, A Face in the Crowd will be directed by Kwame Kwei-Armah as his final production as the Artistic Director of the Young Vic.
